We are a nurturing and creative world here at Jefferson's Little Learners Academy.
My role as a Director/Teacher is to be facilitator and provide enriching activities so that children are supported as they learn about their strengths and work on their weaknesses. My goal as a Director/Teacher is to provide children with a rich, loving and caring environment where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning, and feel free to express themselves. As a Director/Teacher I seek to form close relationships with each child under my care, and their families. I make use of our communities' resources and incorporate the child's community into the program. I see each child as a unique individual with great capacity to learn and be able to make contributions to those around him or her. I am a licensed home care provider that holds a CDA credential, a diploma in Child Day Care Management, an a Director certificate credential. I love seeing smiling faces when entering my preschool.
